Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We are always with you, before and after your purchase. The product undergoes multiple level quality checks before getting dispatched, to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Below, you'll find our cancellation, return, refund, and exchange policies for both domestic (India) and international orders.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
Exchange Process:
- Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at support@sajilo.co or call us at +91 9116551432. Alternatively, you can submit your exchange request on our website here.
- Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.
- Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
- Reverse Pickup: Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.
- Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

Sajilo Cancellations:
- Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
- Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).
Credit Note Validity:
Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.
Refund Policy
- No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
- Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
